Terms and Conditions for EastCoast3D

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all 3D-printed products by EastCoast3D. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders
All products are 3D printed and may have minor variations due to the nature of the printing process.
Custom orders are subject to approval and may require additional production time.
We reserve the right to refuse custom orders that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before production begins.
We accept payments via Credit card, Paypal, afterpay.

4. Production & Lead Times
Standard orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated before production starts.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., printer malfunctions, supply shortages) will be communicated promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS to USA and International.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged.
If an item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a resolution.
Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of purchase if production has not started.

7. Warranty & Liability
Our products are designed for specific uses (e.g., polymer clay cutting) and should not be used for unintended purposes.
We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, including custom designs created by us, remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Customers must have the rights to any files or images provided for custom work.

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.
