At EastCoast3D, we strive to provide high-quality 3D-printed products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns & Eligibility
Standard Products: Non-custom, non-clay cutter items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Custom Orders & Clay Cutters: Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. This includes any personalized, made-to-order, or custom-designed items.

Return Process
Request a Return: Contact us at Eastcoast3dz@yahoo.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Approval & Instructions: If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
